Welcome to my Web Site, I have now decide to use my designing & wax carving skills to produce models for Jewellery production

NORMAN COLLINS

Having now spent nearly a lifetime Designing and Manufacturing Jewellery using the Lost Wax Casting process, also producing Precision Investment Lost Wax Castings for Industry, also researching and writing a book on the "History of Lost Wax Casting".

This wonderful process has occupied nearly my whole life and in spite of  my many highs and lows during that time, I still feel that I would not have missed a minute of it, I know that I have achieved something special in my life and it brings me great pleasure now when I am able to help someone with there casting problems and I look forward to hearing from you,

In the beginning, I went to art school and trained for a while in Oil Painting and Sculpture, when I started work, not only did I help develop, Lost Wax Casting, but I got involved in carving wax and casting the wax models in Sterling Silver for the production of jewellery, so in my final years I am going to use my carving skills and knowledge, working as a freelance Wax Carver for Jewellery and Model Manufactures, so please send me any commissions that you may have.

AND I AM ALSO PLEASED TO OFFER MY "TIPS OF THE TRADE" I HAVE PUT DOWN ON PAPER SOME OF THE HINTS AND TIPS GATHERED FROM MY MANY YEARS KNOWLEDGE OF - LOST WAX CASTING - WHICH YOU CAN NOW PURCHASE BY SENDING  £20.00/$40.00 TO THE ADDRESS BELOW .
